Damien Hodgkinson (He/Him)
Damien has played a significant role in the LGBTIQ community for over 12 years. As treasurer and then president of the Bobby Goldsmith Foundation, he transitioned the organisation from one focused on charity to one of empowerment. In his role as treasurer and co-chair of Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras (SGLMG), Damien oversaw a dramatic restructuring that helped bring the organisation back into surplus. He re-established its giving and foundation programme and realigned its community focus as an LGBTIQ arts and cultural organisation.
Damien is a senior partner at Olvera Advisors, a Sydney based transformation and restructuring firm. He also sits on a number of company boards and is a firm believer in growth and change. A proponent of independent government, Damien has been involved in fundraising for independents for several state and federal elections.

Susan Pinckham (She/Her)
Sue Pinkham’s family clan are Birripi from Cape Hawke on the mid-north coast of NSW. Sue has worked for many years in community development in a range of senior roles across various sectors such as in Social Planning, Local Government and Education. Sue’s commitment to the Aboriginal community is demonstrated in her committee and board appointments, which include; Northern Sydney Local Health Aboriginal Advisory, The NSW Aboriginal Gathering (Aged & Disability Services), Wirringa Baiya Aboriginal Woman’s Legal Service (Co-founder & past Chair), Gadigal Information Board member, and First Nations Queer Council.
In 2012 Sue was recognised in Inaugural 100 Aboriginal Woman of Influence, and in 2015 Sue was awarded the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners Standing Stronger Together award, in 2018 Sue also was nominated for the Hornsby Council woman of the year as co-founder of Bungee Bidgel Aboriginal Health Clinic. Sue’s latest role was as Senior Cultural Advisor at Macquarie University. Sue’s commitment to the LGBQIT+ and Queer Black communities has been in her fifty years of community activism and as a First Nations participant in numerous Mardi Gras parades.

Amanda Lampe (She/Her)
Amanda has extensive senior executive management and leadership experience, having worked for major global and Australian corporations and Federal and State governments.
She has worked in many complex and challenging environments, ranging from financial services, infrastructure, bio-technology, consumer goods and government.
She is currently the Corporate Relations Director for Diageo Australia and Chair of Bundaberg Distilling Company.She is also an Non-Executive Director of Canberra Airport.

Phillipa Harrison (She/Her)
At the helm of the Australian Government agency for tourism, Phillipa is responsible for stimulating and nurturing the international and domestic tourist economies. Her purview covers a network of global offices spanning 12 countries. Phillipa’s first role at Tourism Australia was as Executive General Manager International, leading the organisation’s international operations for Asia, the Americas, Europe and New Zealand, as well as Global Distribution and Partnerships.

Adrian Phoon (He/Him)
Adrian is a former Co-Chair of Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras and was involved in the winning bid to host WorldPride in Sydney. He is passionate about engaging and learning from diverse LGBTIQ+ communities throughout the Asia Pacific and elsewhere, finding inclusive spaces for queer people.
As Head of Content at GRC Solutions, he works with lawyers and creatives to develop regulatory compliance training and workplace learning.

Steven Satour (He/Him)
A driven Indigenous entrepreneur, Steven Satour is a Yankunytjatjara and Pitjantjatjara from Central Australia. Steven holds over 15 years’ experience in marketing, event, and project management with extensive experience working withing the education, not-for-profit, tourism, employment, and small business sectors. He has an accomplished track record in working with Indigenous artists and groups to achieve results that positively impact First Australians’ social and economic welfare. Steven believes that by celebrating and embracing Indigenous cultures, we bring all Australians together.
Steven has previously co-chaired the City of Sydney Aboriginal Advisory Committee and is proud to be on the National NAIDOC Committee.

Margy Osmond (She/Her)
Having held numerous CEO positions and served on a several boards, Margy brings enormous wealth of skills and experience to the table.
Her appointment to TTF in 2014 followed eight years with Australian National Retailers Association (ANRA) as its first CEO. The organisation was created in 2006 to represent some of the largest national retailers in Australia. Margy headed the State and Sydney Chambers of Commerce in NSW for five years. She founded the Sydney 2000 Olympic Commerce Centre and the Sydney First projects, for which she sat on several roundtables. Margy has been a media adviser and chief of staff respectively for two NSW Ministers.
She currently serves as a board member for UITPANZ and Chair of National Tourism Associations Council [World Travel and Tourism Council - WTTC].

Jan Willett (She/Her)
Jan has extensive experience in event coordination and production. Her portfolio of international events includes: the Invictus Games; ICC Cricket World Cup; World Rally Championships; and the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. She plays an integral role in large scale local events such as New Year’s Eve, City to Surf, Sydney Mardi Gras, and Sydney Marathon, with her team also directly producing Australia Day and its national broadcast; Anzac Day; and Remembrance Day. Jan leads the coordination of government services and streamlines the working relationship between event organisers and authorities. She designs and delivers risk management exercises, including emergency simulations.
Jan’s career began in education and she has worked in both private and public sectors. She holds a Master of Arts, Bachelor of Arts and Diploma in Education.

Jesse Matheson (He/Him)
Jesse is Co-Chair of Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras. He has been a board member since 2017 and a volunteer for more than 10 years. During his time with SGLMG, Jesse has assisted with strategy and execution of Australia’s largest LGBTIQ festival; developed brand building and promotional initiatives; increased membership and community and stakeholder engagement; participated in community related advocacy.
Jesse has a Graduate Certificate in Public Policy and degree in Communications and is AICD trained. He has been published in a range of community, national and international publications including BuzzFeed, the Sydney Morning Herald and the Australian Associated Press.

Giovanni Campolo-Arcidiaco (He/Him)
A long-time contributor to the LBGTIQ community, Giovanni has previously been a Board Director of the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Business Association and of Queer Screen (Mardi Gras Film Festival). As a Board Director of Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras since 2017 he has worked on several committees including Membership, Governance & Risk, 78ers, Strategic Planning, People & Nomination, Constitutional Review and Name Change Consultation. As the Co-Chair of SGLMG in 2018-19, he was part of the Sydney WorldPride Bid Committee and the team pitching in Bilboa and at the InterPride's AGM in Athens. Giovanni also volunteers internationally on the InterPride’s Member Services Committee and identifies with the local culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) community.

A Graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors, she has completed a Certificate in Corporate Governance and Executive Master of Business Administration. She is also a non Executive Director.
