How it works
Health is never a “one size fits all” model. Every body is different, your chemistry is different, your nutritional needs are different……hence, this is why your blueprint should be different.
I started to create this course (unknowingly at the time) as my own health project 20 years ago. I was sick. I was gaining weight, my gut constantly hurt, I suffered from massive brain fog, stress and acne. I was living on medication to “remedy” my pain, but it really only masked it. It was in the depths of this unwell time in my life that I started to become fascinated and deep dive into nutrition science.
Now, many years later, thousands of clients later, I have built a proven “blueprint” of success.
