AgeLESS Smoothie Bowl

10 oz unsweetened nut milk (I love flax)
1/2 frozen Banana
1 tsp Ceremonial grade Matcha
1/2 tsp blue algae or Spurilina
1 handful of Fresh mint
1 handful of spinach or favorite greens
1 serving of your favorite protein powder
1 serving of your favorite marine collagen (my fave brand is Within Us)
2 Tbsp tahini
2 Tbsp hemp hearts
Toppings as desired. I use:
Blueberries or Goiji Berries
Sprouted almonds or my “Nola”
Coconut
Unsweetened Raw Cacao Nibs
Bee pollen
Instructions
- Add all smoothie bowl ingredients to a high powered blender. If you have a blender temper, I found that to be helpful to help mix everything without making it too liquid-y.
- Add nut milk as needed until you reach your desired consistency.
- Top with your favorite toppings
