Beauty Avocado Toast
Ingredients
Scale
1 slice sourdough or gluten-free high-quality bread
1/2 medium avocado
6 thin slices of watermelon radish
1 tsp of hemp seeds/hemp hearts
Pinch of pink Himalayan sea salt
Drizzle of cold-pressed olive oil
Optional: Squeeze of lime, fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Toast bread lightly.
- Thinly slice a watermelon radish.
- Layer the top with alternating slices of avocado and watermelon radish slices.
- Sprinkle with hemp seeds, a pinch of sea salt, drizzle with cold-pressed olive oil, and squeeze of lime (optional).
