FUNdamental5 Seed Bowl
Ingredients

- 16 ounces unsweetened plant based milk (I love almond or cashew for this recipe)
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp flax meal
- 3 Tbsp hemp hearts
- unsweetened protein powder (I love Amare)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- optional toppings: nut butter, berries, cinnamon, unsweetened coconut, pumpkin seeds or unsweetened cacao nibs
Instructions
- Heat plant based milk in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chia, flax, and hemp, and vanilla. Stir as the mixture comes to a simmer.
- Once it’s creamy, stir in protein powder (if using).
- Serve warm in a bowl with toppings (optional) above.
