Green Acai Smoothie
Ingredients
Scale
1 serving of your favorite clean vanilla protein powder
1-2 Tbsp organic almond butter
1-2 Tbsp chia or whole flaxseeds (you can do a combo)
Organic acai (frozen (1) serving size)
½ banana (frozen if possible)
12-16 oz unsweetened Flax Mylk (or your favorite)
Handful of greens (Spinach or a mild lettuce work well)
1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
Optional add ins:
- 1 tsp of your favorite superfood spice
- Raw cacao nibs pulsed in at end.
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in high-speed blender and blend.
