Green with Envy Minted Smoothie
Ingredients

1 serving vanilla protein powder (20 to 30g)
2 Tbsp chia seeds
Squeeze of lemon juice
Handful of spinach
1 small Persian cucumber (optional)
1/4 cup mint leaves (optional)
1/4 avocado
1 pitted date (omit or use Monkfruit for no sugar option)
12 oz unsweetened almond milk
Handful of Ice
Add-in:
1 Tbsp Raw Cacao Nibs
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients, minus cacao nibs until smooth.
- Pulse in Cacao nibs for a few seconds at end.
