Homemade Cashew Milk

- 3 cups filtered water
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1–2 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon (or Organic)
- 1/2 tsp organic vanilla extract
Want to AMPLIFY your nut milk even more?
You can add:
- 1–2 tbsp raw unsweetened cacao powder
- 1 oz (about 6) Brazil nuts, for added creaminess and selenium for a metabolic boost
Instructions
1.) Blend all ingredients on high for 2-4 minutes, you don’t need to strain this milk so the longer you blend the smoother it gets.
2.) Store in a glass container in the fridge. Try to use within 3-4 days. Shake before using.
Notes
You can use this recipe for Hemp Milk or any other soft nut or seed.
For Hard nuts like almonds, soak the nuts for a few hours or overnight before blending.
