MochaCafe FUN5 Smoothie
If the traditional method of drinking coffee (hello latte) just isn’t your speed….or you are looking to mix it up and try something different…give this fun, tasty, FUNdamental5 Caffeinated Smoothie a try (and if coffee just isn’t for you, try it with Ceremonial Grade Matcha).
Ingredients
1 cup (or big handful) spinach or mixed greens
1/2 frozen (or fresh) banana (just peel it, break into chunks, and toss in your freezer; keep a few in a silicone bag at all times)
1 pitted Medjool date
1/4 cup hulled hemp hearts
1/4 Avocado
1 Tbsp cacao
8-10 ounces cold coffee (or you can use cold brew but dilute it to drinkable first!)
1 splash vanilla extract
Pinch fine grain sea salt
Optional:
1 tsp Raw unsweetened cacao nibs (add at end)
Instructions
Add everything to a high speed blender and blend till smooth! Pulse in raw cacao nibs at end and keep crunchy to get your chew on!
