1 cup unsweetened flax milk (or your choice)
1 heaped tsp almond butter (or your favorite nut butter)
1/2 frozen banana chopped
1/4 avocado
2 large handfuls of baby spinach (or your favorite greens)
1 tsp maca powder
1/4 cup ice
1 date, pitted (or monkfruit/Stevia for sugarfree)
2 Tbsp hemp seeds
Toppings for crunch and chew:
1 Tbsp hemp seeds
1 tsp. Raw unsweetened cacao nibs
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender for 50 seconds, or until spinach is completely blended.
- Top with hemp seeds and enjoy!
