Homemade Cashew Milk

Ingredients

  • 3 cups filtered water
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 12 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon (or Organic)
  • 1/2 tsp organic vanilla extract
Want to AMPLIFY your nut milk even more?
You can add:
  • 12 tbsp raw unsweetened cacao powder
  • 1 oz (about 6) Brazil nuts, for added creaminess and selenium for a metabolic boost

Instructions

1.) Blend all ingredients on high for 2-4 minutes, you don’t need to strain this milk so the longer you blend the smoother it gets.
2.) Store in a glass container in the fridge. Try to use within 3-4 days. Shake before using.

Notes

You can use this recipe for Hemp Milk or any other soft nut or seed.
For Hard nuts like almonds, soak the nuts for a few hours or overnight before blending.
